This is the back of the house and backyard. Of course, we have grand plans for the future...but for now, we are just trying to get it up to par for the inspection/appraisal. We will be painting the decking white this weekend and replacing the broken lattice work with new PVC lattice. Grass and landscaping will have to wait.
