Yesterday morning, as I came wearily down the stairs, I came upon this scene in our living room!! EEEEKKKK!

Casey, our cat, just "played" with our visitor - he wouldn't actually catch it (giving it opportunity to scurry around the room, as the kids and I huddled on the sofa watching).

Finally, "Brave Dave" caught our guest in his handy-dandy mousetrap (a cup and a plate), and sent him on his way outside. Good times! ;)
